Denning Archive admin
Purging deletes old scan videos/frames to free disk space — the audit log entries (who scanned, what they downloaded) are always kept.
Give your team their own logins — admin accounts can only be added or removed by the main admin.
Admins have full access, including this Team tab (only the main admin account can add or remove admins). Managers can do everything except manage users. Event editors can create events, upload photos, and share links — but can't see scan recordings, guest downloads, settings, or delete events.
Each event is a folder of photos with its own share link. Guests scan their face and see only their photos.
Drive-linked events index photos & videos straight from a Drive folder and serve them from Drive — nothing is stored on this server. One-time setup: create a free API key at console.cloud.google.com → APIs & Services → enable Google Drive API → Credentials → Create API key, and paste it here.
Print this QR at the event — guests scan it with their phone camera.
Lower = more photos found (some may be wrong people). Higher = only very confident matches. 0.38 is a good default.
Link a Drive folder shared as “Anyone with the link — Viewer”. Its photos and videos are face-indexed once and then shown to guests directly from Drive — no storage used on this server.
Every face-scan attempt on this event — including rejected ones — with its recording, result, and any zip downloads. Recordings are visible only to you.
